Cockermouth Show - August 2023

It was a very cloudy with a forecast of rain, however, it turned out to be a fine day, with crowds of people streaming all day, we hardly had time to sit down and have lunch.

The guessing box was well used by the children and the adults, each tried to relate a bible story to the object they had chosen from the box.

As the children were using the guessing box the adults were listening attentively. 

The adults were quite pleased with themselves, as they knew some of the answers,  we gave away between 40 and 50 flipper flappers.  

A South African pastor, liked the simplicity of the gospel message.  

We had quite a few meaningful conversations with adults and many tracts were given.
